Gazette 29 March 1844 - Bankruptcy Mr.
JOHN WlLSTROP's Assignment. NOTICE is hereby given, that by an indenture,
bearing date the 22d day of March 1844,- John Wilstrop, of Stokesley, in
the county of York, Common Brewer, assigned and transferred all his real
and personal estates and effects whatsoever to John Peirson, of Kirby-bridge,
in the said county, Gentleman, James Phillips, of Tanton in the said county, Gentleman,
and William Barker, of Stokesley aforesaid Draper, as trustees, upon trust, for
the benefit of the creditors of the said John Wilstrop who shall execute the same
on or before the 11th day of October next; and that the said indenture was duly
executed by the said John Wilstrop on the said 22d day of March 1844, by the said
James Phillips and William Barker, respectively, on the 23d day of the same month,-
and by the said John Peirson on the 26th day of the same month; and that the said
indenture was attested, as to the execution thereof by the said John Wilstrop,
John Peirson, James Phillips, and William Barker, respectively, by John Page Sowerby
and Thomas Coates, both of Stokesley aforesaid Solicitors; and notice is hereby
also given, that the said indenture is lodged at the office of the said John Page
Sowerby, in Stokesley aforesaid, for the inspection and signature of the several
creditors of the said John Wilstrop who have not already executed the same; and
such creditors are required to execute the same, or signify their consent in writing
thereto, on or before the said 11th day of October next, otherwise they will be
excluded from all benefit arising therefrom - Dated this 26th day of March 1844.
