Mrs CATHARINE WILSTROP's Assignment.

WHEREAS Catharine Wilstrop, of Stokesley, in the county of York, Innkeeper, hath by indenture, bearing date the 30th day of May last, conveyed and assigned all her real and personal estate and effects whatsoever to William Skinner the younger, of Stockton-upon-Tees, in the county of Durham, Gentleman, William Curry, of Morton Carr, in the parish of Ormesby, in the said county of York, Farmer, and William Pearson, of Swainby, in the parish of Whorlton, in the said county of York, Farmer, upon the trusts in the said indenture mentioned, for the equal benefit of all the creditors of the said Catharine Wilstrop, who are thereby required to execute the said indenture, or to signify their assent thereto, within five calendar months from the date thereof; and which said indenture was executed by the said Catharine Wilstrop on the said 30th day of May aforesaid, by the said William Curry on the 1st day of June last, by the said William Pearson on the 11th day of June last, and by the said William Skinner on the 12th day of June last; and which said indenture, as to the due execution thereof by the said Catharine Wilstrop, William Pearson, and William Skinner, was witnessed by John Page Sowerby, of Stokesley aforesaid. Solicitor, and Henry Hick, of the same place, Solicitor; and as to the due execution thereof by the said William Curry was witnessed by William Garbutt, of Stokesley aforesaid, Solicitor, and John George Hick, of the same place, Clerk to Messrs. Garbutt, Fawcett, and Hick, of Stokesley aforesaid, Solicitors; notice is, therefore, hereby given, that the said indenture of conveyance and assignment is now lodged at our office, in Stokesley aforesaid, for the perusal and signature of the creditors of the said Catharine Wilstrop; and that such of the same creditors as shall neglect or refuse to execute the same, or to signify their consent thereto, within five calendar months from the date thereof, will be excluded all benefit (arising therefrom.- Stokeslev, July 2, 1844.
